International Shipping
International shipping costs and methods for retail orders are calculated at checkout.
The term of international delivery of retail orders is from 3 to 21 days.
All retail orders over €120 receive free worldwide shipping.
Shipment of bulk orders is carried out on the terms of DAP, EXW, CIP, FOB - Incoterms.
Return of Goods
You can return the product that did not suit you within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that its presentation, packaging, labels and shipping invoice are preserved. Make sure that the item you are returning is in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean (without stains of deodorants, perfumes, makeup, etc.), not worn, not washed and with the original tags attached. Items that are returned in improper condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, except for defective items.
To return the product to our warehouse, follow these steps:
- Pack all the items you want to return - ideally, in the original package.
- Fill out the return form and attach it to the package.
- Send the parcel to our warehouse at the address below.
You are responsible for the parcel until it arrives at our warehouse. The cost of the refund is paid at your expense, this does not apply to defective products. If you have any complaints, please contact us before sending the parcel, by email: info@barlly.store.
